Next Course: Silence in Lent
Thursdays 15/02/2018 – 08/03/2018, 6.30-7.30pm, Introductions: 6.00 for newcomers.
This is a simple drop-in space for silent sitting/contemplation/meditation. We will sit on stools, chairs or cushions for 2×25 minutes with a chance for slow walking meditation inbetween. This meditation space is open for people of any religion or none, though Christian in background.
Complete beginners or people desiring direction can come at 6.00pm and will receive guidance – please notify me by Email. If you come for a succession of weeks you can do the ‘Contemplative Exercises’ as a powerful and straightforward introduction to meditation and a contemplative life-style.
